Flooring Composition
1. Top Layer – EPDM Granules (6mm)
Made with high-quality EPDM rubber granules imported from Malaysia, mixed with 20% polyurethane binder. These granules are non-toxic, weather-resistant, and UV stable. Granule size: 1–4 mm.
2. Base Layer – SBR Rubber with PU Binder (Customizable)
Created from recycled tyre crumb rubber (SBR), using 15% PU binder. This layer provides vital shock absorption and fall protection. Thickness may vary depending on required impact protection.
3. Sub-base Requirement
A plain concrete or asphalt surface is required for proper installation and stability.
